§ 18c-3102. Geographical Restrictions. A prima facie determination whether transportation is within the geographical scope of a license may be made by reference to a copy of the official state highway map and the distance scale shown thereon. Such a determination may be rebutted by a showing, based on a municipal ordinance; other official document; or commercially published map, chart or other competent evidence; that the geographical scope of the license is other than as represented on the official state highway map.
