§ 18c-1802. Time of Service. Notices, orders, process and other correspondence of the Commission shall be deemed served at the time they are deposited in the United States mail or delivered to a commercial delivery service or delivered in person by an employee or agent of the Commission. Notices, orders, process and other correspondence shall be deemed served on the Commission at the time of receipt.
