§ 18b-104. Cooperation with State Agencies--Records and Data--Availability. The Department shall cooperate with other State agencies regulating transportation by motor vehicles and may enter into interagency agreements for the purpose of sharing data. The Department shall enter into an interagency agreement with the Illinois State Police for the purpose of enforcing any provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations issued under this Chapter.
