§ 18a-500. Posting of rates. Every commercial vehicle relocator shall print and keep open to the public, all authorized rates and charges for towing, otherwise moving, and storing vehicles in connection with removal of unauthorized vehicles from private property. Such rates and charges shall be clearly stated in terms of lawful money of the United States, and shall be posted in such form and manner, and shall contain such information as the Commission shall by regulation prescribe.
