§ 15-306. Fees for Overweight-Axle Loads. Fees for special permits to move legal gross weight vehicles, combinations of vehicles and loads with overweight-axle loads shall be paid by the applicant to the Department as follows:
For each overweight single axle or tandem axle group, the flat rate fees herein scheduled for increments of 45 miles or fraction thereof including issuance fee predicated upon a 20,000 pound single axle equivalency.
