Illinois Statutes Chapter 625. Vehicles § 5/13C-75. Home rule

§ 13C-75. Home rule. The vehicle emission inspection program created by this Chapter is hereby declared to be the subject of exclusive State jurisdiction. Pursuant to subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution, the exercise by a home rule unit of any power that is inconsistent with this Chapter is hereby specifically denied and preempted.
