§ 11-1427.2. Special all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle event. Nothing contained in Section 11-1427 or 11-1427.1 shall be construed to prohibit any local authority of this State from designating a special all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle event. In such case the provisions of Sections 11-1427 and 11-1427.1 shall not apply to areas or highways under the jurisdiction of that local authority.
