Illinois Statutes Chapter 625. Vehicles § 5/1-182.6. Seat safety belts

§ 1-182.6. Seat safety belts. A set of belts or a harness meeting the specifications established by the Department of Transportation and installed in such manner as to prevent or materially reduce the movement of the person using the belts or harness in the event of collision or upset of the vehicle.
