Illinois Statutes Chapter 625. Vehicles § 5/1-122.7. For-profit ridesharing arrangement

§ 1-122.7. For-profit ridesharing arrangement. The transportation by motor vehicle of not more than 16 persons, including the driver, for which a fee is charged in accordance with Section 6 of the Ridesharing Arrangements Act.  1
