§ 1-101.2. Affirmation. A signed statement to the effect that the information provided by the signer is true and correct. The affirmation shall subject any person who shall knowingly affirm falsely, in matter material to any issue or point in question, to the penalties inflicted by law on persons convicted of perjury under Section 32-2 of the Criminal Code of 2012. 1
