Illinois Statutes Chapter 625. Vehicles § 45/3A-13. Transfer to or from dealer--Manufacturer's or Importer's Certificate

§ 3A-13. Transfer to or from dealer--Manufacturer's or Importer's Certificate. (a) No dealer shall purchase or acquire a new watercraft without obtaining from the seller thereof a manufacturer's or importer's certificate.

(b) No manufacturer, importer, dealer or other person shall sell or otherwise dispose of a new watercraft to a dealer for purposes of display and resale, without delivering to such dealer a manufacturer's or importer's certificate.
