§ 10-3. Unlawful operation of a snowmobile. A person may not operate a snowmobile during any period when his or her privilege to operate a snowmobile is suspended or revoked in this State, by another state, by a federal agency, or by a province of Canada. A person who operates a snowmobile during the period when he or she is denied the privilege to operate a snowmobile is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
