Illinois Statutes Chapter 620. Air Transportation § 75/2-65. Other contracts

§ 2-65. Other contracts. Except as otherwise provided in a public-private agreement entered into pursuant to this Act, the Department may, pursuant to the Illinois Procurement Code and its rules, award contracts for goods, services, or equipment, or lease all or any portion of the South Suburban Airport.
