§ 2-50. Public-private agreement proceeds. After the payment of all transaction costs, including payments for legal, accounting, financial, consultation, and other professional services, all moneys received by the State as compensation for the public-private agreement shall be deposited into the South Suburban Airport Improvement Fund, which is hereby created as a special fund in the State treasury. Expenditures may be made from the South Suburban Airport Improvement Fund only in the manner as appropriated by the General Assembly by law.
