§ 27.02. Assistance to Civil Air Patrol. The Department may provide support and assistance to the Civil Air Patrol in the form of money, equipment, personnel, materials, office or hangar space, services, or other contributions the Department may find to be appropriate. This support and assistance may be in the nature of a loan or an outright grant, and may be either temporary or permanent. Other State agencies may participate with the Department in providing support and assistance under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act. 1
