Illinois Statutes Chapter 620. Air Transportation § 20/4. Powers and duties of commission

§ 4. The Commission of any airport established under the “Intergovernmental Cooperation Act”  1 shall have the authority to carry out any and all statutory powers and duties or other responsibilities vested in the corporate authorities of the counties or the municipalities entering into an Intergovernmental Agreement to establish and operate an airport and its facilities under this Act.
