Illinois Statutes Chapter 620. Air Transportation § 15/6. Civil liability

§ 6. No individual charged with the responsibility of grounding aircraft shall be subjected to any civil liability by reason of any exercise or failure to exercise the power granted in this Act except for capricious or wilful misconduct in exercising such power.
