Illinois Statutes Chapter 615. Waterways § 90/7.7. Enforcement of Act and programs

§ 7.7. The Agency shall provide for the enforcement of this Act and the programs implemented pursuant to it, and may contract with any State agency or any law enforcement agency for this purpose.
