Illinois Statutes Chapter 615. Waterways § 55/5. Report of investigations; recommendations; time for report

§ 5. The Division of Water Resources shall prepare and submit to the Governor, the Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Representatives, the members of the General Assembly of the legislative districts abutting Lake Michigan and, upon request, to any other member of the General Assembly, a report summarizing the results of investigations, studies and surveys made under this Act, any agreements entered into to effectuate the purposes of this Act, any recommendations for immediate action to prevent or minimize property damage or danger to human life and any other matters relating to implementation of this Act. Such report shall be submitted each year on or before the first day of the annual legislative session if funds were appropriated and made available for expenditure in carrying out this Act for the fiscal year ending on June 30 of the preceding year, except that the recommendations for immediate action described in the first sentence of this Section shall be submitted no later than 120 days after the date on which appropriated funds are made available for expenditure in carrying out this Act.
