§ 10. Powers of Department of Natural Resources. After the real estate and structures described in Section 5 have been acquired, the Department of Natural Resources may reconstruct, repair, restore, rehabilitate, demolish, lease for a period not to exceed 20 years, sell, transfer or convey, exchange, develop or otherwise utilize these lands with their appurtenances acquired under this Act in the best interest of the State of Illinois.
