Illinois Statutes Chapter 610. Railroads § 105/1. Supply of clean water; dispensing in sanitary manner

§ 1. Employees while operating a railroad or railway locomotive or while working in or near a caboose on a train shall be provided by their employer with an adequate supply of safe, clean water satisfactory for drinking purposes, dispensed in a sanitary manner. The employer shall either furnish individual drinking utensils for such employees or provide for the dispensation of drinking water in such a manner as to make individual drinking utensils unnecessary.
