Illinois Statutes Chapter 605. Roads and Bridges § 5/6-201.4. Certain roads used as public highways; recording in office of district clerk

§ 6-201.4. Cause such roads used as public highways, as have been laid out or dedicated to public use, but not sufficiently described, and such as have been used for 15 years but not recorded, to be ascertained, described and entered of record in the office of the district clerk.
