§ 6-201.1. Be present at the district clerk's office annually on or before the last Tuesday in December of each year for the purpose of determining the tax levy to be certified by him to the county board in counties not under township organization, or by the township board of trustees or highway board of trustees, as the case may be, to the county clerk in counties having adopted township organization, as provided in this Code. He shall also be present at such office at such time or times as he shall designate and as the duties of his office may require for the transaction of official business.
