Illinois Statutes Chapter 605. Roads and Bridges § 5/6-110. Several road districts organization; similarity

§ 6-110. For all purposes relating to the construction, repair, maintenance and supervision of roads in all counties, other than counties in which a county unit road district has been established, the several types of road districts provided for in this Code shall, as near as may be, and subject to the provisions of this Code, be regarded as analogous in corporate authority and the powers and duties of the highway officers thereof shall be similar in extent and effect.
