§ 5-701. Money allotted from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of the “Motor Fuel Tax Law”, approved March 25, 1929, as now or hereafter amended, 1 other than money allotted to counties for the use of road districts, shall be used only for one or more of the purposes stated in Sections 5-701.1 through 5-701.16, as the several counties may desire.
