§ 5-205.9. Report to road district treasurer. If requested by the treasurer of a road district in the county, the county superintendent of highways shall report to the treasurer the balance, on the last day of each 6-month period ending on May 1 and November 1, of the road district's moneys administered by the county superintendent of highways. The report shall be made within 30 days after the end of each 6-month period. This Section applies only to counties with a population less than 3,000,000.
