§ 4-216. If, as a result of the removal of snow from the travelway of any State highway, snow is deposited along the shoulder or edge of such highway where any public or private entrance or exit driveway connects with such State highway, the Department shall also remove the snow from the highway right-of-way so as to leave such driveways open for vehicular travel.
