§ 4-201.13. To construct, maintain, and operate bridges, on State highways a part of the Federal-aid highway network, across any stream between this State and any adjoining state where such bridge is necessary to connect the Federal-aid highway network in this and such adjoining state; and to enter into agreements with adjoining states, persons, and the United States government in conjunction therewith.
