§ 10-307. Any holder of a bond or bonds, or any of the coupons of any bond or bonds issued under the provisions of this Division of this Article may, by action, mandamus, injunction or other proceeding, enforce or compel the performance of all duties required by this Division of this Article, including the fixing, maintaining and collecting of such rates of toll or charges for the use of such bridge and its approaches as will be sufficient for all the purposes provided by this Division of this Article and the application of the income and revenue therefor. All bonds issued under the provisions of this Division of this Article shall enjoy equal rights in respect of the revenues of each such bridge regardless of the time of the actual issuance or delivery thereof.
