§ 70-30. Annual accounting to township board; certificate of board.
(a) Within 30 days before the annual township meeting, the supervisor shall account to the township board for all moneys received and disbursed by the supervisor in his or her official capacity.
(b) The supervisor shall provide each member of the township board with a copy of his or her statement filed in accordance with Section 1 of the Public Funds Statement Publication Act 1 as soon as possible after filing the statement.
