Illinois Statutes Chapter 60. Townships § 1/60-15. Warrant of appointment

§ 60-15. Warrant of appointment. When any appointment is made under Section 60-5 or 60-10,  1 the officers making the appointment shall cause the warrant of appointment to be promptly filed in the office of the township clerk, who shall immediately give notice to each person appointed.
