§ 45-5. Nominations by political parties. In all townships (other than townships of over 5,000 population that are co-extensive with or included wholly within incorporated towns, villages, or cities not under the commission form of government), nominations by established political parties for candidates for township officers shall, except as otherwise provided in Section 45-15, be held as provided in this Article.
