§ 45-35. Notice to candidates to file reports. The township clerk or board of election commissioners, as the case may be, shall notify the person for whom such nomination papers are filed of the obligation to file statements of organization, reports of campaign contributions, and annual reports of campaign contributions and expenditures in the manner prescribed by the general election law.
