§ 310-105. Repeals.

(a) The following Acts or parts of Acts are repealed:

Sections 36 through 36.6 of the Fees and Salaries Act.  1

The Township Law of 1874.  2

The Township Annexation Act.  3

The Townships Within Cities Act.  4

The Township Consolidation Act.  5

The Town Hall Purchase Act.  6

The Town Hall and Multi-Purpose Senior Center Act.  7

The Township Monument Act.  8

The Township Community Buildings Act.  9

The Township Comfort Station Act. [FN10]

The Township Non-Sectarian Hospital Act. [FN11]

The Town Hospital Act. [FN12]

The Township Hospital Leasing Act. [FN13]

The Township Waterworks Act. [FN14]

The Township Bond Money Refund Act. [FN15]

The Surplus Township Funds Transfer Act. [FN16]

The Township Road Fund Transfer Act. [FN17]

The Township Funds for Schools Act. [FN18]

The Township Funds for Guidance Centers Act. [FN19]

The Township Funds for Historical Societies Act. [FN20]

The Township Refunding Bond Act. [FN21]

The Township Purchasing Act. [FN22]

The Township Zoning Act. [FN23]

The Township Open Space Act. [FN24]

The Township Refuse Collection and Disposal Act. [FN25]

The Township Emergency Equipment Act. [FN26]

The Township Cemetery Act. [FN27]

The Joint Cemetery Act. [FN28]

The Township Mental Health Facility Tax Act. [FN29]

The Township Park Bond Act. [FN30]

The Township Park Land Acquisition Act. [FN31]

The Township Senior Citizens' Housing Act. [FN32]

(b) The following laws are obsolete and are, therefore, repealed without being continued in this Code:

Sections 7-3 and 7-4 of the Township Law of 1874. [FN33]

Section 0.01 of the Township Annexation Act. [FN34]

Section 0.01 of the Townships Within Cities Act. [FN35]

Section 0.01 of the Township Consolidation Act. [FN36]

Section 0.01 of the Town Hall Purchase Act. [FN37]
