§ 250-5. Transfers from general fund to general assistance fund. The township board may direct the transfer of any amount from the township general fund to the township general assistance fund that is not appropriated for purposes other than general assistance and may provide for paying into the general assistance fund any moneys received by the township from any source other than taxes that can be made available for general assistance purposes.
