§ 24-30. Referendum; voting.
(a) Subject to the requirements of Section 16-7 of the Election Code, 1 the referendum described in Section 24-25 shall be in substantially the following form on the ballot:

(b) The referendum is approved when a majority of those voting in the election from the dissolving township approve the referendum.
