§ 205-155. Construction of Article. This Article shall be deemed a general law complete in itself and shall be liberally construed. Each township upon the acquisition of a system as defined in Section 205-5 under the provisions of this Article shall maintain and operate the system in the public interest and for the benefit and use of the public and territory served by the system. This Article is cumulative and in addition to any powers conferred by any other law.
