Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 75/1.2. Placement in home detention, shelter care or detention home

§ 1.2. A court acting under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987,  1 may, except as otherwise provided in that Act, place any minor coming within the terms of that Act in home detention or a shelter care or detention home established pursuant to this Act.
