§ 6-21003. Referendum. Upon the adoption of such resolution and the certification thereof to the county clerk of such county such proposition shall be submitted at the next regular election held in such county.
Such proposition shall be in substantially the following form:

If a majority of the legal voters of such county voting on such proposition vote in favor thereof, such proposition shall be deemed adopted.
