§ 6-20002. Statement of expenditures. It shall be the duty of the treasurer of such association receiving said money to prepare at least annually a complete and detailed statement or report of the manner in which said money shall have been expended, which said statement shall be signed by the president of said association, attested by its secretary, and sealed with its seal, if it have one, and file said report with the said county board.
