Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/5-25007. County clerk to record vote

§ 5-25007. County clerk to record vote. Each county clerk shall record the result of the vote upon the proposition in his county, and the result may be proved in all courts and in all proceedings by the record or by a certified copy thereof.
