Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/5-24001. Funds for treatment of persons unable to pay

§ 5-24001. Funds for treatment of persons unable to pay. Each county of this State shall provide funds, in the manner hereinafter provided, for the treatment of persons in their respective counties afflicted with cancer or tumor who are unable to pay for such treatment.
