§ 5-23025. Form of proposition. If, in the case of bonds the final maturity date of which is beyond the maturity limitation heretofore mentioned in Section 5-23023, a petition for referendum with the requisite number of signatures is filed within the time as herein provided, then the County Board shall certify the proposition to the proper election officials, who shall submit the proposition at an election in accordance with the general election law.
