Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/5-1098. Cooperation with Department on Aging

§ 5-1098. Cooperation with Department on Aging. A county board may cooperate with the Department on Aging, created by the Illinois Act on the Aging,  1 and appropriate county funds and provide in kind services to assist such department in carrying out its programs.
