Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/5-1084. Regulation of water craft

§ 5-1084. Regulation of water craft. In a county having less than 1,000,000 population, in public waters not under the jurisdiction of any municipality, the county board may regulate all water craft in a manner not inconsistent with the provisions of the “Boat Registration and Safety Act”, as now or hereafter amended.  1
