Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/5-1010. Time of fixing compensation of county officers

§ 5-1010. Time of fixing compensation of county officers. The time of fixing the compensation of county officers, which compensation is to be fixed by the county board, shall be at a meeting of such board held before the regular election of the officers whose compensation is to be fixed.
