§ 5-1002.5. Indemnity of regional superintendent of schools and assistants. A county may indemnify and protect the regional superintendent of schools and the assistant regional superintendents against civil rights damage claims and suits, constitutional rights damage claims and suits, and death and bodily injury and property damage claims and suits, including defense of those suits, when damages are sought for negligent or wrongful acts alleged to have been committed in the performance of their duties.
