§ 4-3002. Manner of payment. The compensation to the State's attorney shall be paid in installments by the county clerk, at the end of each half month by drawing a warrant in favor of the State's attorney on the county treasurer who shall pay the same on presentation properly endorsed. No warrant shall be drawn or money paid to the State's attorney, unless he shall have made for the preceding fiscal quarter a report to the county commissioners and paid into the county treasury all fees collected by him as State's attorney for the fiscal quarter.
