§ 4-11002. Juror's fees on inquest. The fees of each juror attending an inquest shall be fixed by the county board at a sum not to exceed $10 per inquest and not to exceed $40 per day, payable out of the county treasury, upon the certificate of the coroner or acting coroner of the county wherein the inquest was held. Any juror may elect to waive the fees paid for attending an inquest.
