Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/3-5026. Name and address of grantee or grantees

§ 3-5026. Name and address of grantee or grantees. No deed or other instrument which transfers the title to real property may be recorded unless and until the name and address of the grantee or grantees appear on its face.
